The glazed lip paint by LA Girl is a huge success in the cosmetic industry. In a short time, it entered into the kitty parties, ladies purses and women’s colleges and hostels. I myself came to know about the glazed paint in a social meeting and then I found it on social media.
My experience with LA Girl Glazed Lip Paint Coy
Here I am sharing my personal experience with glazed lip paint. I bought coy after exploring more than a dozen shades but color is a matter of personal choice as quality, property and usability of the product is similar.
Let’s start with the packing
The glazed lip paint comes in a plastic tube that is easy to squeeze. Here I feel it necessary to mention that it is like a lip balm that you squeeze and apply on your lips. But it has an intelligent applicator that controls the flow when the tube is squeezed. So, simply squeeze the paint and apply it on your lips.
Wait
It bleeds. I noticed that the paint bleeds in absence of a marker. I suggest you use a lip liner to prevent bleeding. Overall, it is a great product to improve and nourish the lips.
Application
LA Girl website describes the application in simple words. The applicator at the top of the tube is helpful in controlling the flow of paint. LA Girl says to start the pain from the middle of lips and then move to sides. The process is simple but I think using a lip-liner would make it more convenient.
Durability
In my case, it worked for up to five hours and I think it is sufficient time for a glazed lip paint to work. I don’t think that you are going to wear it all the day and if you do then I suggest you keep your paint in your purse for reapplication as desired.
Drawback
It isn’t matte and I prefer matte but never mind as it has its own specialty. The company says that it includes vitamin E and some herbs that are good for lips. I am using it despite knowing that it isn’t matte. I like its smooth touch and the feel it gives.
Why coy?
It is a shade of purple suitable only for a special occasion when you want to look bold. Also, it highlights the beauty of my lips. But I say that it is more like a treat to lips than a cosmetic product.
